"Decent prices, but not always a steal"
I found a few watches that seemed fairly priced, but if you look a little closer, some were definitely higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere. It’s not bad value if you happen to pick the right one, but I wouldn’t go in assuming everything is a great bargain.

"Refund process kind of proved my worries right"
I had a feeling the return process was going to be a hassle, and unfortunately it pretty much confirmed what I already expected. Sending the item back wasn’t quick, and now I’m still waiting on the refund longer than I think is reasonable. Maybe others have had better luck, but this experience definitely makes me less confident about ordering again.

The watch is real, I checked the serial and everything matched up, so no worries there. But the shipping was slow, really slow, and the packaging felt kind of careless. I kept checking for updates because it was taking forever, and that got annoying. The watch itself is fine and authentic, I just wish the whole delivery process wasn’t such a hassle

They had some nice watches, but the selection was just okay overall. I mean, who doesn’t like browsing a few good-looking watches? I just wish there had been a bit more variety.

"Quick shipping for the price"
I got my watch sooner than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise, especially since I’m always a little picky about whether shipping costs feel worth it. The tracking updated like it should, and the watch arrived in good shape. The only small issue was that the box had a little dent in it, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged.

Overall, I had a good experience with the site. It was easy to use, easy to use, and I could find my way around without much trouble. The watch categories made sense, and checking out was simple enough. A few pages did load kind of slowly for me, and I think the filters could be a bit better, but nothing too frustrating. I’d give it 4 stars.

The watch looked really nice online, but the one I got had scratches on it and the strap literally felt cheap. It wasn’t totally broken or anything, just not at all what I was expecting.

"Decent watch, but the support didn’t meet my standards"
I ordered from timepiecesusa.com, and to be fair, the watch itself arrived in good condition and looked fine. I’m particular about communication when I shop online, though, especially when shipping is involved.
I reached out because I wanted an update on my order, and it took a few days before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, the message felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I had asked.
It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but customer service is part of what I judge a company on. For my own standards, I expected a quicker and more helpful response, so I’d probably only order again if I knew I wouldn’t need any support.

I ordered a watch from timepiecesusa.com, the delivery experience wasn’t great. The estimated date kept getting pushed back, and the tracking didn’t seem to update for several days at a time. I had to follow up with them more than once just to get some idea of what was going on. It did finally arrive, but much later than I was expecting, which was especially frustrating since it was supposed to be a gift. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve how they handle shipping

"Warranty support was surprisingly easy tbh"
Had a small issue with my watch after a few months, and TimePieces got back to me quickly. They handled the warranty without making it a whole hassle, which I really appreciated. After-sales support was way better than I expected, ngl.
